From a 500-page German OEM manual to a working cognitive twin — in a single hackathon weekend.

A real packaging machine, its real service manual and CAD. The pipeline extracted components, failure modes, work instructions and spare parts into one validated schema — then lit them up on an interactive 3D twin with a causal knowledge graph linking modules, PLC tags and fault history.

The jury's verdict: first place. The skeptical technicians' verdict mattered more — they kept clicking.
